Reservations
Advance bookings are recommended for all treatments. Credit card details or alternatively a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value is to be provided at the time of booking.

Arrival
To maximise your treatment experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals should this occur, but please understand that as a courtesy to all our clients, treatments will be completed at the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, 48 hrs notice is required, otherwise loss of deposit will result. Less than 3 hrs notice or failure to keep an appointment, will result in the full amount of the treatment cost being charged. Voucher bookings will be made void.

Gift Vouchers
When booking your treatments, please quote your “gift voucher” number. Please ensure that your gift voucher is presented upon arrival, as we are unable to provide treatments if you arrive without your gift voucher. Gift vouchers must be redeemed

prior to the expiry date and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Special Consideration

Please advise staff at the time of booking, of any allergies, ailments, disabilities or medical conditions which may influence your treatment session - such as pregnancy, recent surgery, heart conditions, high or low blood pressure or other. This will also help us to assist you in making the most appropriate choice of treatment and ensure you have an enjoyable experience. Please note that children under 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
